Policies

In addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, we have made public the following policies. By subscribing to our services or contracting with us in anyway, you agree to the following terms:

  • All sales are final. Service may be canceled at any time and all ties may be severed upon request of the Billing Contact. However, McGarr Media Company reserves the right to not provide a refund of any services rendered under $100 US, unless that service involves services of physical hardware on location. For services rendered greater than $100, McGarr Media Company reserves the right to prorate the amount of the refund, or deny refund. Layman’s Term Note: Respectfully severing business ties will increase the liklihood we will do right by you. However, screaming, cursing, yelling, threatening, saber-rattling, or otherwise not being respectful will result in no refund being returned.
  • We reserve the right to publish abusive emails. Being that emails by nature are not private documents unless encrypted, we reserve the right to publish any correspondence with McGarr Media Company. It is our goal to do right by any mistakes, so working with us will do more to solve your issue, however we ask that it be in a respectful tone. Work with us, and we’ll bend over backwards to help you.
  • You MUST agree to be bound by the Terms of Service of our providers. Our primary service provider, Bluehost, maintains their Terms of Service here: http://www.bluehost.com/cgi/info/terms.html IT IS IMPORTANT ALL CUSTOMERS USING OUR SHARE HOSTING READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS. ANY VIOLATION OF THE BLUEHOST TERMS OF SERVICE BY ANY SHARE HOSTING CUSTOMER WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF SERVICE WITHOUT REFUND.
  • You are liable if your actions violate the Terms of Service of our provider. If your actions violate the TOS of our providers, and our providers take negative action toward McGarr Media Company, you are 100% liable for all damages (which could easily be in excess of $300)! This means you are liable for the cost of transferring all domains and data to a new hosting provider. IT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO READ, UNDERSTAND, AND ABIDE BY THE MCGARR MEDIA COMPANY TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE OF OUR PROVIDERS.
  • We reserve the right to update these policies without prior notification. While McGarr Media Company will always strive to make any major policy updates notified by email, we cannot guarantee all updates will be accompanied by official notification. Therefore we will always reserve the right to make changes to these polices without notification. We recommend checking all relevant policies and TOS pages (including of our providers) regularly for updates.

By using our services, you acknowledge you are in agreement with the above statements, that you have read the above statements, and that  you have monitored this page for any changes.
